Travel Policy for Passengers

Return Ticket: Passengers must present a valid return ticket within the issued Visa validity period. In any case of Airport and Immigration discretion, EBM Travel and Tourism is not liable for any charges or compensation.

Accommodation: Passengers must have a confirmed hotel booking, tenancy, or accommodation address with a telephone number for their stay in the country of destination. In any case of Airport and Immigration discretion, EBM Travel and Tourism is not liable for any charges or compensation.

Sufficient Funds: Passengers must have sufficient funds (cash, minimum of USD 500, or a credit card under their name) to cover their expenses during their stay in the country. In any case of Airport and Immigration discretion, EBM Travel and Tourism is not liable for any charges or compensation.

 

General Guidelines:

Additionally, the refund policy includes (but is not limited to) the guidelines below.

    • Modification, cancellation, and refund requests require written notification from you.

    • Transfers transactions are valid for the original passenger and payor only.

    • Refunds are processed back to the original payor or passenger.

    • Refund amounts are returned using the original payment method.

    • You are responsible for any incurred processing charges.

    • A 15 % refund fee is applicable to all eligible refunds, excluding cases of natural disasters.

    • Claim refunds within 12 months of confirmation, or they will be forfeited.

    • The refund policy is subject to modification without prior notice.
